Aidan Swinford is a paralegal for the Early Resolution Program, focusing primarily on eviction and consumer debt matters. He supports the attorneys with conducting intakes and drafting letters.

Previously, he worked as CDEL’s Program Coordinator for the Community Clinics. With the Community Clinics, he scheduled appointments, drafted documents, and tracked numbers for monthly reports. Aidan re-joined CDEL in August 2025.

Aidan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois in 2022. Currently, he is earning a paralegal certificate with a focus in litigation at Loyola University Chicago. He is expected to graduate in December of 2025.
