Dana Harbaugh is a Supervising Attorney at CDEL. She works with the Early Resolution Program to provide advice to litigants facing eviction or consumer issues. She also provides extended representation in housing and consumer law matters.

Dana joined CDEL in February 2021. She previously worked at the Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Family Services as the Director of Pro Bono and staff attorney. Dana managed LAS’s pro bono program, represented clients in housing law matters, and coordinated the Elder Help Desk for pro se litigants age 60 and over. Before LAS, Dana was an Americorps VISTA Attorney at LAF, now Legal Aid Chicago, and coordinated LAF’s community legal clinics. Dana also previously worked on environmental policy at the Illinois Environmental Council.

Dana received her Bachelors degree in Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2015 from the University of Colorado.
