David Mondragon is CDEL’s Bilingual Paralegal. In this role, he provides information and resources to Spanish and English speaking clients, ensuring that language is never a barrier. He also supports CDEL’s Guardianship program by preparing documents, coordinating with attorneys, and guiding families with clarity and compassion.

David recently graduated from Villanova University in May 2025. He brings a strong commitment to service and community engagement to his work. Prior to joining CDEL, he interned at the Villanova Law School Clinics as a community interpreter, where he gained valuable experience supporting clients in a legal environment.
