Danielle Cary, Salesforce
Randall Fearnow is a Partner at Quarles & Brady LLP where he is a counsel on administrative matters that impact health care providers. He has been certified as a health care arbitrator by the American Health Law Association and can serve as an arbitrator in health law disputes.
Randall graduated with a B.A from the University of Indianapolis in 1977 before earning his J.D from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1981.
Why Randall Joined CDEL’s Board: “A legal career in long term care, along with service on the Board of the Chicago Bar Foundation, has prepared me for this opportunity. I look forward to sharing my expertise and knowledge to improve the lives of seniors and at-risk individuals.”
Douglas Graham, Lanzajet, Inc.
Douglas Graham is a Vice President and General Counsel at LanzaJet, Inc. He focuses on intellectual property, international commercial transactions, and construction contracting.
Before LanzaJet, Douglas was General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and VP of Regulatory Affairs at Oil-Dri Corporation of America. He has over 25 years of broad inhouse experience, including United Airlines in the aviation sector, and Exelon Corporation, one of the largest energy companies. Doug started his career at the Chicago office of the law firm of Jenner & Block.
Why Douglas Joined CDEL’s Board: "I'm delighted to be joining the board to assist in the critical work that CDEL is doing for the Greater Chicago area. I've been aware of CDEL's work for years and have long admired what they have managed to do with limited resources and a small staff. I'm especially interested in elder care issues, particularly the legal challenges that this population struggles with, and what their families who are supporting their efforts to maintain independence encounter."
